With over 25 years’ experience in TV, film, theatre and live touring, Adam Neivens is a proven production logistics and storage specialist who has built, scaled and operated complex, high-pressure operations for some of the UK’s most demanding productions.

Starting with a single 1,000 sq ft warehouse, Adam played a central role in growing a specialist production storage and logistics business into a multi-site operation spanning approximately 300,000 sq ft across five locations. Alongside this physical expansion, he scaled teams, systems and commercial frameworks to support a wide range of productions — from smaller £20k projects through to £350k+ major productions — all while maintaining reliability, security and margin.

Adam is known for calm, practical problem-solving under tight production timelines. His experience covers the full production lifecycle: planning and scoping, studio site visits, transport scheduling, warehouse operations, asset handling, data governance and client communication. He has worked closely with production offices, studios, heads of department and third-party suppliers to ensure assets are moved, stored and retrieved safely, efficiently and on time.
